April 30, 2026 — AC Immune SA (NASDAQ: ACIU) reported first-quarter 2026 financial and corporate updates focused on its neurodegeneration pipeline and collaborations. The company dosed the first subjects in a Phase 1 SAD/MAD trial of its brain-penetrant NLRP3 inhibitor small molecule ACI-19764, with healthy-volunteer results expected in H2 2026. In Alzheimer’s disease, AC Immune initiated the final AD4 cohort in the Phase 1b/2 ABATE trial of anti-Aβ active immunotherapy ACI-24; dosing the first AD4 patient triggers a $12 million milestone payment from partner Takeda, and 12-month interim results from the AD3 cohort are expected in H1 2026.
