April 30, 2026 — AC Immune SA (NASDAQ: ACIU) reported first-quarter 2026 financial and corporate updates focused on its neurodegeneration pipeline and collaborations. The company dosed the first subjects in a Phase 1 SAD/MAD trial of its brain-penetrant NLRP3 inhibitor small molecule ACI-19764, with healthy-volunteer results expected in H2 2026.
