May 19, 2026 — Artiva Biotherapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARTV) announced five accepted abstracts for the EULAR 2026 Congress (June 3–6, London) covering its allogeneic NK cell therapy AlloNK®/AB-101, primarily in combination with rituximab (anti-CD20) for rheumatologic/autoimmune diseases. A late-breaking oral presentation (LB0003) will report that outpatient-administered AB-101 + rituximab produced “robust” clinical efficacy comparable to autologous CAR T-cell therapy across 31 patients with rheumatologic diseases, including a 71% ACR50 response in refractory rheumatoid arthritis patients with ≥6 months follow-up, with no relapses or need for new immunomodulatory agents reported. Another oral presentation (OP0129) will describe outcomes in the first treated patient with severe Sjögren disease. Poster presentations will highlight deep, consistent B-cell depletion described as comparable to CD19 CAR T-cell therapies and a favorable safety profile in immune-mediated diseases. Artiva will host a post-meeting webcast on June 8, 2026 to discuss the data.
