May 7, 2026 — Evommune, Inc. (NYSE: EVMN) reported first-quarter 2026 financial results (ended March 31, 2026) and outlined upcoming clinical milestones for its inflammation-focused pipeline. Lead program EVO756 (oral MRGPRX2 antagonist) has completed enrollment in two Phase 2b dose-ranging trials: chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU; N=160) with top-line data expected in June 2026, and atopic dermatitis (AD; N=120) with top-line data expected in 3Q 2026. The company also plans to initiate a Phase 2b dose-ranging trial of EVO756 in migraine prophylaxis in mid-2026, with top-line data anticipated in 2027, and will present translational/preclinical data at AHS (June 2026) and FOCIS (June 2026).
