June 08, 2026 — Ascendis Pharma A/S (Nasdaq: ASND) announced it will present new clinical and real-world data from its rare endocrinology programs at ENDO 2026 (Endocrine Society annual meeting; Chicago, June 13–16, 2026), including two oral presentations and three posters.
Key items include: final results from the Phase 3 PaTHway trial of palopegteriparatide (TransCon PTH) in adults with hypoparathyroidism (oral presentation); 156-week PaTHway results reporting improved work functioning and productivity in employed adults with chronic hypoparathyroidism (poster); and a systematic literature review/meta-analysis estimating global prevalence of chronic hypoparathyroidism (poster).
