Key clinical updates highlighted include: a 7-year update from the Phase 3 CROWN trial supporting LORBRENA (lorlatinib) as a guideline-recommended first-line therapy for ALK-positive metastatic NSCLC; and late-breaking PFS/OS data from Cohort 3 of the Phase 3 BREAKWATER trial evaluating BRAFTOVI (encorafenib) + cetuximab + FOLFIRI as first-line therapy for BRAF V600E–mutant metastatic colorectal cancer.
