May 21, 2026 — AbbVie announced it will present new oncology pipeline data at the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting in Chicago, spanning solid tumors and hematologic malignancies and emphasizing its Topoisomerase I inhibitor (Top1i) antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and T‑cell engager (TCE) platforms.

Key clinical results highlighted:

  • ABBV‑969 (PSMA/STEAP1 bispecific ADC) in heavily pretreated metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer: confirmed ORR 45% (29 RECIST-evaluable); at active doses PSA50 67% and PSA90 28%; manageable safety.
  • ABBV‑706 (SEZ6-directed ADC) in second-line small cell lung cancer (monotherapy cohort n=17): ORR 82% at the recommended Phase 3 dose (1.8 mg/kg); safety consistent with prior reports.
  • Telisotuzumab adizutecan (Temab‑A/ABBV‑400; c‑Met ADC) Phase 1 basket: antitumor activity reported in biomarker-unselected platinum-resistant ovarian cancer and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma; additional c‑Met–selected data to be presented.
  • Etentamig (BCMA×CD3 TCE) in BCMA-exposed relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma: among patients proceeding after prior BCMA CAR‑T (n=11), ORR 64%, MRD negativity 67% (2/3 evaluable), median DOR 13 months; CRS 57%, all grade 1–2 without step-up dosing.

AbbVie stated these investigational results support continued development across multiple indications; the agents are not yet approved.
