June 3, 2026: Spyre Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYRE) announced completion of enrollment for all sub-studies in its Phase 2 SKYWAY basket trial (NCT07148414) evaluating SPY072 (anti-TL1A) in rheumatic diseases. Enrollment is complete for the psoriatic arthritis (PsA) and axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) sub-studies, and the company stated all SKYWAY sub-studies are fully enrolled; it also noted SKYLINE Part A is fully enrolled.

SKYWAY is a randomized, placebo-controlled study in patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA), PsA, or axSpA who had inadequate response to conventional or advanced therapies. Spyre reiterated expected topline proof-of-concept readouts: Q3 2026 for RA and Q4 2026 for PsA and axSpA. The company also said its planned “6 in ’26” Phase 2 readouts across the SKYWAY and SKYLINE trials are enabled and on track.

Spyre will present preclinical data supporting TL1A inhibition in rheumatic diseases at the 2026 European Congress of Rheumatology (EULAR) in London on June 4, 2026 (abstract POS0081) describing efficacy in mouse models of collagen-induced arthritis and imiquimod-induced psoriasis.
