May 19, 2026 — Artiva Biotherapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARTV) announced five accepted abstracts for presentation at the EULAR 2026 Congress (June 3–6, 2026; London) featuring its allogeneic NK-cell therapy AlloNK® (AB-101) in combination with rituximab/anti-CD20 antibodies for rheumatologic and other immune-mediated diseases. A late-breaking oral presentation (LB0003) will report that outpatient-administered AB-101 + rituximab generated clinical responses described as comparable to autologous CAR T-cell therapy in 31 patients with rheumatologic diseases; in refractory rheumatoid arthritis patients with ≥6 months follow-up, Artiva reports a 71% ACR50 response and no relapses or need for new immunomodulatory agents. Additional presentations include an oral case report in the first severe Sjögren disease patient treated (OP0129), and posters citing deep, consistent B-cell depletion comparable to CD19 CAR T-cell therapies and a favorable safety profile. Artiva will host a webcast on June 8, 2026 to review the data and stated plans to initiate a Phase 3 registrational trial in refractory RA in 2026.
