- Details
June 17, 2026: Elicio Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: ELTX) reported preliminary post-study clinical observations from patients treated with ELI-002 7P in the completed Phase 2 AMPLIFY-7P trial (NCT05726864) in mutant KRAS (mKRAS)-driven pancreatic cancer. Three patients who progressed after ELI-002 7P and then received subsequent therapy including nivolumab-based treatment (after gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel chemotherapy) achieved 100% confirmed complete radiographic and complete metabolic responses, with concurrent normalization of CA19-9. Two responses were maintained for at least 8 months, including one ongoing beyond 13 months; all three patients showed persistent mKRAS-specific T-cell responses and were MSS/MMR-proficient.
Based on these observations, the company plans (subject to funding) to initiate a Phase 1 trial in treatment-naïve first-line metastatic mKRAS pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) combining ELI-002 7P with gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel and an anti–PD-1 inhibitor, to prospectively assess whether ELI-002 7P enhances checkpoint inhibitor responsiveness and to inform future adjuvant PDAC Phase 3 design.
Upcoming event: virtual KOL event on June 24, 2026 at 1:00 PM ET.
