April 21, 2026 — Pfizer Inc. announced it will present new data from its oncology portfolio and pipeline at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting (May 29–June 2, 2026, Chicago), including >40 abstracts (three late-breaking; eight oral/rapid oral presentations). Key updates include: a seven-year Phase 3 CROWN update supporting LORBRENA (lorlatinib) as guideline-recommended first-line therapy for ALK-positive metastatic NSCLC; late-breaking PFS/OS data from Cohort 3 of the Phase 3 BREAKWATER trial for BRAFTOVI (encorafenib) + cetuximab + FOLFIRI as first-line treatment for BRAF V600E-mutant metastatic colorectal cancer; and late-breaking Phase 3 TALAPRO-3 results showing clinically meaningful rPFS benefit and a strong OS trend for TALZENNA (talazoparib) + XTANDI (enzalutamide) in HRR-altered metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer. Additional Phase 3 subgroup efficacy/safety data for TUKYSA (tucatinib) as chemotherapy-free first-line maintenance in HER2+ metastatic breast cancer and multiple early-stage pipeline updates (PF-08634404 PD-1/VEGF bispecific, sigvotatug vedotin ADC, atirmociclib CDK4 inhibitor) underscore Pfizer’s strategy to expand use into earlier lines and new tumor settings.
