Low-dose infigratinib - (PROPEL3)

June 22, 2026: BridgeBio Pharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: BBIO) announced that additional positive data from PROPEL 3, its global Phase 3 pivotal randomized controlled trial of oral infigratinib in children with achondroplasia, will be presented as a late-breaking oral presentation at the International Congress of Children’s Bone Health (ICCBH) 2026 in Montreal (June 27–30, 2026). The late-breaking PROPEL 3 presentation is scheduled for Sunday, June 28 at 3:45 pm EDT (presenter: Ravi Savarirayan, M.D., Ph.D.).

Other ICCBH 2026 presentations include: an oral presentation on health-related quality of life in children with achondroplasia from the observational PROPEL study (June 29, 11:00 am EDT); a poster on the design of PROPEL Infant and Toddler (Phase 2/2b in children under 3 years old with achondroplasia) (June 28, 12:00 pm EDT); posters from the ACCEL observational study in hypochondroplasia and related patient-reported outcome/educational research; and a poster from CLARIFY, a disease monitoring study in autosomal dominant hypocalcemia (ADH) types 1 and 2, describing baseline burden of disease and pediatric quality of life (June 29, 12:00 pm EDT).
