Laromestrocel (lomecel-B) - (CLEAR MIND)

June 18, 2026: Longeveron Inc. (NASDAQ: LGVN) announced that an additional analysis from its Phase 2a CLEAR MIND trial of laromestrocel (Lomecel-B), an allogeneic mesenchymal stem cell therapy, in mild Alzheimer’s disease has been accepted for a poster presentation at the 2026 Alzheimer’s Association International Conference (AAIC), held July 12–15, 2026 in London and online. The poster (“Laromestrocel in Mild Alzheimer’s Disease: Additional Phase 2a Clinical Data Analysis”) will be presented in the Exhibit Hall on Monday, July 13, 2026 (7:30am–4:15pm BST) in the Drug Development: Human session.

The company noted that results from the CLEAR MIND Phase 2a trial were previously published in Nature Medicine (March 2025) and were described as supporting therapeutic potential and further clinical development in mild Alzheimer’s disease. The release also states laromestrocel has FDA RMAT and Fast Track designations for the Alzheimer’s program, and lists other pipeline indications (HLHS, pediatric DCM, aging-related frailty) without new specific milestones.
