May 21, 2026 — Ascentage Pharma Group International (NASDAQ: AAPG; HKEX: 6855) announced that six abstracts from its ongoing clinical studies were selected for presentation at the 2026 ASCO Annual Meeting (May 29–June 2, 2026), including three rapid oral presentations and three posters, covering its lead candidates olverembatinib (HQP1351), lisaftoclax (APG-2575), and alrizomadlin (APG-115).
Key data disclosed in the abstracts include: in a phase Ib study of olverembatinib + blinatumomab in R/R Ph+ BCP-ALL or CML lymphoid blast phase, 4/5 MRD-positive patients without CR at entry achieved CR and 2 achieved MRD negativity with manageable safety. In a China single-arm study of second-line olverembatinib in CP-CML, at cycle 24 CCyR was 91.3% and MMR 60.9% (n=42). In a pediatric solid tumor trial, alrizomadlin ± lisaftoclax showed no DLTs; one refractory RMS patient achieved CR on monotherapy; combination ORR was 30% and DCR 80%.
The company also highlighted ongoing global registrational phase 3 trials (POLARIS-2 for olverembatinib; GLORA for lisaftoclax combinations), underscoring late-stage development momentum, while noting these agents are not FDA-approved in the US.
