May 07, 2026 — Structure Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: GPCR) reported Q1 2026 financial results and provided clinical/program updates for its oral metabolic pipeline. The company highlighted Phase 2 ACCESS II topline data for aleniglipron (oral small-molecule GLP‑1 receptor agonist) showing placebo-adjusted mean weight loss at 44 weeks of 16.3% (39 lbs; p<0.0001) at 180 mg and 16.0% (37 lbs; p<0.0001) at 240 mg; in the ACCESS open-label extension, weight loss reached 16.2% (40.5 lbs) at 56 weeks (120 mg).
