Tyvaso (treprostinil) - (TETON PPF)

September 12, 2025: United Therapeutics Corporation (Nasdaq: UTHR) announced it will present data from its pulmonary portfolio at the European Respiratory Society (ERS) Congress in Amsterdam (September 27–October 1, 2025).

Inhaled treprostinil: Additional analyses from the Phase 3 TETON-2 study in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, described as having “remarkable topline results” announced earlier in the month, will be presented in an oral session on September 28 (Elicium 1/OA1254). A separate oral presentation on September 28 will cover the TETON-PPF clinical trial of inhaled treprostinil in progressive pulmonary fibrosis (Elicium 1/OA1255).

PHINDER study (pulmonary hypertension screening in interstitial lung disease): Interim results on earlier detection will be presented September 28 (PS-36/PA1909), along with an interim analysis of high-resolution CT findings in pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PS-36/PA1913).

Ralinepag (pulmonary arterial hypertension): Interim data from the ADVANCE EXTENSION open-label study, focused on “risk improvements,” will be presented September 30 (PS-38/PA5155).
