May 21, 2026 — AbbVie announced it will present new oncology pipeline data at the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting in Chicago, spanning multiple oral presentations and posters across solid tumors and hematologic cancers. Key Phase 1 results highlighted AbbVie’s Topoisomerase I inhibitor (Top1i) antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and T‑cell engager (TCE) programs: (1) ABBV‑969 (PSMA/STEAP1 bispecific ADC) in heavily pretreated metastatic castration‑resistant prostate cancer showed a confirmed objective response rate (ORR) of 45% (n=29 RECIST-evaluable), PSA50 in 67% and PSA90 in 28%, with manageable safety; (2) ABBV‑706 (SEZ6-directed ADC) in second-line small cell lung cancer achieved ORR 82% at the recommended Phase 3 dose (n=17), with safety consistent with prior reports; (3) telisotuzumab adizutecan (Temab‑A/ABBV‑400; c‑Met ADC) showed antitumor activity in platinum‑resistant ovarian cancer and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma; and (4) etentamig (BCMA×CD3 TCE) in BCMA-exposed relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma showed ORR 64% after prior BCMA CAR‑T (n=11), median duration of response 13 months, MRD negativity 67% (2/3 evaluable), and only grade 1–2 CRS (57%) without step-up dosing. AbbVie emphasized these findings support continued clinical development of multiple next-generation oncology assets.
