COYA 302 - (ALSTARS)

June 18, 2026: Coya Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: COYA) announced it will present an overview poster on the ongoing ALSTARS trial, a Phase 2 precision immunomodulatory study of COYA 302 in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), at the European Network to Cure ALS (ENCALS) Meeting 2026 (June 24–26, 2026; Madrid, Spain). The poster (“ALSTARS: A Precision Immunomodulatory Phase 2 Trial Of Coya 302 Targeting Regulatory T Cells And Neuroinflammation In ALS”) will outline the trial’s design and approach to targeting neuroinflammation and will be presented June 24, 2026 (poster session 11:20 am–1:00 pm ET).

COYA 302 is an investigational combination biologic (low-dose interleukin-2 and CTLA-4 Ig) intended to enhance regulatory T-cell anti-inflammatory function and suppress monocyte/macrophage-driven inflammation, for subcutaneous administration in ALS and other neurodegenerative diseases. ALSTARS is described as a Phase 2 randomized, multi-center, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial evaluating efficacy and safety in ALS (ClinicalTrials.gov: NCT07161999). The company notes COYA 302 is not FDA-approved.
