(Nasdaq: NAMS) announced it will present multiple posters at the National Lipid Association (NLA) 2026 Scientific Sessions (June 11–14, 2026; Chicago) highlighting obicetrapib, its oral, low-dose CETP inhibitor for hypercholesterolemia in patients at cardiovascular risk.

Planned presentations cover: integrated Phase III safety of obicetrapib; pooled BROADWAY/BROOKLYN major adverse cardiovascular event (MACE) mediation analyses on LDL-C and Lp(a); BROADWAY trial results indicating CETP inhibition with obicetrapib preserved kidney function in high cardiovascular-risk patients; Phase I pharmacokinetics and safety in moderate hepatic impairment; and mechanistic lipid/HDL remodeling findings. Additional real-world studies address statin intolerance/adverse events and adherence/LDL-C goal attainment by statin intensity.

Business/clinical significance: the updates aim to support obicetrapib’s potential as a convenient LDL-lowering option with placebo-like side-effect profile in prior Phase 2/3 programs.
