May 12, 2026 — Caribou Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRBU) announced that two abstracts were accepted for oral presentations at the 2026 European Hematology Association (EHA) Annual Meeting (June 11–14, 2026; Stockholm). The company will present (1) long-term durability data for a single dose of vispacabtagene regedleucel (vispa-cel; formerly CB-010), an allogeneic anti-CD19 CAR‑T with PD‑1 knockout, from the ANTLER phase 1 trial in relapsed/refractory B‑cell non‑Hodgkin lymphoma, and (2) longer follow-up from dose escalation in the CaMMouflage phase 1 trial of CB‑011, an allogeneic anti‑BCMA CAR‑T using an “immune cloaking” strategy (B2M knockout plus B2M–HLA‑E fusion) in relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma.
The release summarizes trial designs and enrollment: ANTLER treated 84 patients as of Sept. 2, 2025; 80×10^6 CAR‑T cells selected as RP2D, with 63 second-line LBCL patients in expansion. CaMMouflage evaluated CB‑011 in 48 patients across multiple dose levels and lymphodepletion regimens; expansion is at 450×10^6 cells with selected lymphodepletion. Clinically, the EHA presentations signal maturing follow-up for both off‑the‑shelf CAR‑T programs; both products have FDA RMAT, Fast Track, and Orphan Drug designations in their target indications.
