May 21, 2026 — Gilead Sciences (Nasdaq: GILD) and Kite (a Gilead company) announced they will present more than 25 oncology abstracts (including six oral presentations) at the 2026 ASCO Annual Meeting (May 29–June 2) and the 2026 EHA Congress (June 11–14). The company highlighted “near-term potential launch opportunities” supported by new analyses from Phase 3 ASCENT-04 and ASCENT-03 evaluating Trodelvy (sacituzumab govitecan-hziy) with or without Keytruda (pembrolizumab) in first-line metastatic triple-negative breast cancer; presentations include PFS2 (progression-free survival after next-line treatment) for both studies (Abstracts LBA1000 and 1001), with ASCENT-04 PFS2 included in ASCO’s press program.
Kite will also present first-time clinical trial manufacturing experience for investigational BCMA CAR T anitocabtagene autoleucel (anito-cel) from Phase 3 iMMagine-3 and Phase 2 GEM-AnitoFIRST in multiple myeloma (Abstract 2550). At EHA, updated Phase 1 results for KITE-753 (DuoCore CAR T for relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphoma) will be presented, described as showing encouraging safety and durability (Abstract 4208619).
