June 2, 2026 — Eli Lilly and Company announced its planned presentations for the European Hematology Association (EHA) Annual Meeting (June 11–14, 2026, Stockholm). The key late-breaking oral presentation will report Phase 3 BRUIN CLL-322 results comparing a fixed-duration regimen of Jaypirca (pirtobrutinib) plus venetoclax and rituximab versus venetoclax and rituximab in relapsed/refractory CLL/SLL. Lilly stated the trial met its primary endpoint, showing a statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvement in progression-free survival (PFS) with pirtobrutinib added, and noted this is the first Phase 3 CLL readout to outperform a venetoclax-containing control arm in any CLL setting.
Lilly also highlighted data from two pending acquisitions: Ajax Therapeutics will present first clinical results from the Phase 1 AJX-101 trial of AJ1-11095, a first-in-class type II JAK2 inhibitor, in myelofibrosis after failure of a type I JAK2 inhibitor; Kelonia Therapeutics will present additional correlative Phase 1 inMMyCAR data for KLN-1010, an investigational anti-BCMA in vivo CAR-T therapy in relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma.
