VS-7375 - (TARGET-D 101)

June 15, 2026: Verastem Oncology (NASDAQ: VSTM) announced it will host an investor conference call and webcast on June 23, 2026 at 4:30 pm ET to provide an update on its VS-7375 oral KRAS G12D (ON/OFF) inhibitor program and to present updated preliminary clinical data from the Phase 1/2 TARGET-D 101 trial in KRAS G12D-mutated advanced solid tumors. The update will include safety/tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and patient case studies from dose-escalation and dose-expansion cohorts across pancreatic, colorectal, and non-small cell lung cancers, evaluating VS-7375 as monotherapy and in combination.

Program status and regulatory designations: TARGET-D 101 was initiated in June 2025. Verastem also initiated three Phase 2 registration-directed open-label trials: TARGET-D 201 (NCT07644559) in second-line advanced/metastatic pancreatic ductal carcinoma, TARGET-D 202 in second/third-line advanced/metastatic NSCLC, and TARGET-D 203 in metastatic colorectal cancer. FDA Fast Track Designation was granted to VS-7375 for pancreatic cancer indications in July 2025 and for previously treated unresectable locally advanced/metastatic KRAS G12D-mutated NSCLC in June 2026.
