Bria-IMT™ (SV-BR-1-GM)

May 23, 2025 — BriaCell Therapeutics Corp. (Nasdaq: BCTX; TSX: BCT) announced it will present four ASCO 2025 abstracts (three posters and one publish-only) highlighting survival, efficacy, and biomarker findings for its metastatic breast cancer immunotherapies. Key data come from a Phase 2 Bria‑IMT™ plus checkpoint inhibitor (CPI) study (54 patients; pembrolizumab n=11, retifanlimab n=44): overall cohort median OS 9.9 months, PFS 3.6 months, ORR 10%, CBR 55%. In the selected “Phase 3 regimen” cohort (n=37), median OS was 13.43 months, PFS 3.6 months, ORR 14%, and CBR 61%; this cohort showed improved PFS (3.6 vs 2.6 months; P=0.01) and OS (13.4 vs 6.9 months; P=0.01) versus an alternate formulation. BriaCell reports no treatment-related discontinuations and 22% of patients remain in survival follow-up. The company will also update its ongoing pivotal Phase 3 BRIA‑ABC trial (Bria‑IMT + CPI vs physician’s choice; NCT06072612) and shared early Phase 1/2 Bria‑OTS™ monotherapy activity, including a confirmed lung metastasis resolution in the first patient. BriaCell states successful Phase 3 completion could support a BLA and potential priority review/full approval.
