LB-100 with doxorubicin

Dec. 23, 2025: LIXTE Biotechnology Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: LIXT) announced an expansion of its collaboration with The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and GSK for an ongoing clinical trial evaluating LIXTE’s LB-100 in combination with GSK’s dostarlimab in ovarian clear cell cancer. The study, initiated in January 2024 and led at MD Anderson by Amir Jazaeri, MD, added a second site earlier in 2025 at Northwestern University’s Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center led by Emily M. Hinchcliff, MD, MPH. MD Anderson and Northwestern plan to double enrollment from 21 to 42 patients after reaching the initial 21-patient target earlier in 2025. LIXTE expects initial data from the first 21 patients to be presented in the first half of 2026.
