Tegoprubart (AT-1501) - (BESTOW)

May 20, 2026: Eledon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ELDN) announced it will present new clinical data on tegoprubart in kidney transplantation at the American Transplant Congress (ATC) in Boston (June 20–24, 2026). Presentations will include updated results from the Phase 2 BESTOW trial and new long-term data from the Phase 2 BESTOW extension study evaluating tegoprubart’s safety and efficacy in preventing kidney transplant rejection.

An oral presentation (“Phase 2 BESTOW Trial: Evaluating Tegoprubart's Safety and Efficacy in Preventing Kidney Transplant Rejection,” Abstract #585) is scheduled for Monday, June 22, 2026 (12:03–12:15 p.m. ET) in the “Emerging Discoveries Oral Abstract Session - Kidney: Biomarkers -3,” presented by Andrew Adams, M.D., Ph.D. A poster on the Phase 2 BESTOW extension trial is scheduled for Saturday, June 20, 2026 (5:45–6:45 p.m. ET).

Eledon will also host a conference call on June 22, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. ET to discuss the updated BESTOW and new extension-study data. Copies of the presentations will be posted after the conference on the company’s investor website.
