May 4, 2026 — ADC Therapeutics SA (NYSE: ADCT) reported first-quarter 2026 financial results and provided development updates for ZYNLONTA (loncastuximab tesirine-lpyl), its CD19-directed antibody-drug conjugate for B-cell malignancies. The company expects LOTIS-5 Phase 3 confirmatory trial topline data in 2Q 2026, with full LOTIS-5 and LOTIS-7 datasets by year-end; positive LOTIS-5 results would support a planned U.S. sBLA submission before year-end and could enable potential compendia inclusion in 1H 2027 and confirmatory approval in 2L+ DLBCL thereafter. LOTIS-7 (ZYNLONTA + glofitamab) enrollment at the selected 150 µg/kg dose is expected to complete in 1H 2026, with full data planned for disclosure/publication by end of 2026. Investigator-initiated trials in relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma (with rituximab) and marginal zone lymphoma (monotherapy) are ongoing, with data publication anticipated between end of 2026 and mid-2027.
Q1 2026 net product revenue was $20.0M (vs. $17.4M Q1 2025); net loss was $33.0M. Cash and cash equivalents were $231.0M at March 31, 2026, with expected runway at least into 2028.
