TSC-100, TSC-101 - (ALLOHA)

May 6, 2026: TScan Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: TCRX) reported Q1 2026 financial results and provided pipeline milestone guidance.

TSC-101 (ALLOHA Phase 1 heme trial, NCT05473910; relapse prevention after allogeneic HCT in hematologic malignancies): The company expects to share early clinical data from Cohort C in Q2 2026, launch the planned Phase 3 study (ALLOHA-2) in Q2 2026, and share updated Cohort C data in 2H 2026. The release notes Cohort C has enrolled and treated over 10 patients using a “commercial-ready” manufacturing process.

TSC-102-A01 / TSC-102-A03 (CD45-targeted; HLA-A01:01 and HLA-A03:01 restricted): Phase 1 trial initiation is planned for 2H 2026. An abstract was accepted for poster presentation at the ASGCT 29th Annual Meeting (May 11–15, 2026; Boston) covering identification and preclinical development of these TCRs.

Autoimmunity program: Preclinical proof-of-concept data for its therapeutic approach is planned for 2H 2026.

Financial runway: Cash and cash equivalents were $128.1M as of March 31, 2026; the company expects funding into 2H 2027.
