May 12, 2026 — Incyte (Nasdaq: INCY) announced that more than 20 abstracts from its hematology and oncology programs were accepted for presentation at the European Hematology Association (EHA) 2026 Congress (June 11–14, 2026; Stockholm, Sweden).
A key highlight is selection of Phase 3 frontMIND data evaluating tafasitamab (Monjuvi/Minjuvi) plus lenalidomide and R-CHOP in previously untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) for the Plenary Abstract Session (Abstract #S101), which Incyte said supports U.S. and EU regulatory applications in first-line DLBCL.
Additional oral and poster presentations will feature INCA033989, an anti-mutant calreticulin (mutCALR) monoclonal antibody, with claims of being “well tolerated” and producing robust spleen, anemia, hematologic, and molecular responses in myelofibrosis and essential thrombocythemia (e.g., Abstracts #S216, #PF884, #PS1983). Preclinical posters include INCA035784 (T-cell–redirecting antibody for mutCALR-driven MPNs) and INCB160058 targeting JAK2V617F.
Business significance: signals pipeline progress and supports regulatory/commercial expansion of tafasitamab and advancement of targeted MPN candidates.
