Paridiprubart (EB05)

May 19, 2026 — Edesa Biotech, Inc. (Nasdaq: EDSA) announced it will present new and additional analyses on paridiprubart (EB05), its first-in-class anti‑TLR4 monoclonal antibody, at the 63rd European Renal Association (ERA) Congress (June 3–6, 2026; Glasgow). The accepted oral presentation will report exploratory data from Edesa’s study of paridiprubart in patients with respiratory distress who also developed acute kidney injury (AKI), a high-mortality complication with no approved targeted pharmacologic therapies.

The company stated that its Phase 3 data show a “consistent, statistically significant reduction in mortality” in AKI patients, and it intends to present further supporting analyses at the meeting.
