Aug. 5, 2025: Recursion (NASDAQ: RXRX) reported 2Q25 business updates and outlined multiple upcoming clinical and preclinical catalysts.
REC-1245 (RBM39 degrader) / DAHLIA Phase 1/2 (advanced solid tumors): Provided updates to biomarker strategy and currently enrolling patient populations (tumors with replication stress/DNA repair vulnerabilities such as MSI-H/dMMR and HRR-altered cancers). Multi-omic profiling is underway to refine a sensitivity signature. Early Phase 1 monotherapy safety/PK data are on track for 1H26.
REC-617 (CDK7 inhibitor) / ELUCIDATE Phase 1/2: Initiated combination dose-escalation in 1H25; selected platinum-resistant ovarian cancer for initial combination dose expansion; enrollment activities initiated. Company cited early Phase 1/2 signals including a durable partial response in a late-stage metastatic ovarian cancer patient and stable disease in four other solid tumor patients. Additional monotherapy dose-escalation data expected in 2H25.
REC-102 (ENPP1 inhibitor) (hypophosphatasia): Recursion acquired full rights from its joint venture with Rallybio. Preclinical data to be presented at ASBMR 2025 (poster scheduled Sept. 6, 2025). Phase 1 initiation expected in 2H26.
Other upcoming milestones: REC-4881 (MEK1/2) FAP data from TUPELO (2H25); REC-7735 (PI3Kα H1047R) development candidate (2H25); REC-3565 (MALT1) Phase 1 safety/PK (2H26).
Partnering: Achieved a $7M 2Q milestone from Sanofi (fourth partnered discovery milestone in 18 months).
