REQORSA (quaratusugene ozeplasmid) + Tagrisso

May 26, 2026 — Genprex, Inc. (NASDAQ: GNPX) announced that an abstract on predictive biomarkers in patients receiving its lead product candidate Reqorsa® Gene Therapy (quaratusugene ozeplasmid) was published at the 2026 ASCO Annual Meeting. The analysis used tumor immunohistochemistry H-scores for Trop-2 and PTEN from archival samples in 18 patients across three Acclaim trials (Acclaim-1 NSCLC + osimertinib, Acclaim-2 NSCLC + pembrolizumab, Acclaim-3 SCLC + atezolizumab).

Key results: In NSCLC, Trop-2 H-scores >100 correlated with longer progression-free survival (PFS; p=0.05) and PTEN H-scores <100 correlated with longer PFS (p=0.03). In SCLC, Trop-2 was uniformly low (non-evaluable) and PTEN did not correlate with PFS (p=0.53). Additional company analysis found 3+ Trop-2 staining was strongly associated with PFS but narrowly missed significance (p=0.053); 3+ PTEN showed a non-significant negative trend (p=0.309).

Significance: The findings support biomarker-driven patient selection for Reqorsa in NSCLC, potentially enabling a more targeted, precision-medicine approach.
