May 14, 2026: Alumis Inc. (NASDAQ: ALMS) reported Q1 2026 results and highlighted catalysts for envudeucitinib (oral, selective TYK2 inhibitor). At the 2026 American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) Annual Meeting, late-breaking Phase 3 ONWARD1/ONWARD2 data in moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis showed robust PASI responses: by Week 24, PASI 90 was 68.0% and 62.1%, and PASI 100 was 41.0% and 39.5%, with PASI improvements continuing from Week 16 to Week 24. The company also noted early improvements in quality of life and itch, and scalp psoriasis responses (clear/almost clear) in >30% by Week 4 and ~three-quarters by Week 24 (in patients with baseline ss-PGA ≥3). Safety/tolerability was described as favorable and consistent with Phase 2.

Upcoming milestones: ONWARD3 long-term topline data and Phase 2 two-year safety data in 2H 2026; NDA submission planned for 4Q 2026 (psoriasis); potentially pivotal Phase 2b SLE topline data expected in 3Q 2026.
