May 14, 2026: Dogwood Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: DWTX) reported Q1 2026 results and provided pipeline updates highlighting upcoming clinical catalysts and a business development deal.
Halneuron® (NaV1.7 inhibitor) in Chemotherapy-Induced Neuropathic Pain (CINP): The ongoing Phase 2b CINP study has enrolled 164 patients, with top-line results expected in fall 2026. The program has FDA Fast Track designation for CINP.
SP16 IV (LRP1 agonist) in chemotherapy-induced pain and peripheral neuropathy (CIPPN): The FDA accepted/cleared the SP16 IND, allowing the program to progress into Phase 1b.
