November 5, 2026: Attovia Therapeutics (NASDAQ: ATTO) reported positive 12-week topline Phase 1b data for ATTO-1310, an anti-IL-31 therapy, in chronic pruritus/chronic pruritus of unknown origin and high-itch atopic dermatitis after a single subcutaneous dose.

In chronic pruritus patients, PP-NRS4 itch response was seen as early as Week 2; pooled response reached 65% (11/17) at Week 4 vs 0% (0/9) for placebo and 82% (14/17) at Week 12 vs 22% (2/9) for placebo (nominal p<0.01). PP-NRS<2 at Week 12 was 47% (8/17) vs 0% (0/9) for placebo.

In high-itch AD, pooled PP-NRS4 was 44% (8/18) at Weeks 4 and 12 versus 25% (2/8) and 75% (6/8) for placebo, respectively. Skin endpoints improved through Week 12: pooled ATTO-1310 achieved EASI-75 in 44% (8/18) vs 13% (1/8) placebo, EASI-90 in 22% vs 0%, EASI-100 in 17% vs 0%, and vIGA 0/1 in 39% vs 13%.

ATTO-1310 was generally well tolerated; one unrelated serious TEAE was reported, and ADAs occurred in 7.8% without observed impact. A single dose suppressed circulating IL-31 by about 95% through Week 12, supporting potential quarterly dosing.

Attovia said ATTUNE-CPUO (~300 patients) and ATTUNE-AD (~255 patients) Phase 2 trials are on track to start in 1H 2027.
