November 5, 2026: Larimar Therapeutics (NASDAQ: LRMR) announced three ICAR 2026 poster presentations on nomlabofusp in Friedreich’s ataxia. The posters will cover: interim observations from the ongoing open-label study of long-term daily nomlabofusp administration; plasma lipid profiles in patients before and after nomlabofusp treatment; and dysregulated gene expression in Friedreich’s ataxia and response to nomlabofusp.
The company said the interim clinical data from the open-label study had been previously disclosed, while the plasma lipid and gene expression analyses are new. All three posters are scheduled for Poster Session Day 3 at the International Congress for Ataxia Research (ICAR) 2026, on November 12, 2026, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. ET in Atlanta, Georgia.
Nomlabofusp is Larimar’s lead compound and is being developed as a potential treatment for Friedreich’s ataxia.
