forazapadin (SAT-3247 (CL-101)) - (BASECAMP)

November 5, 2026: Satellos Bioscience Inc. (NASDAQ: MSLE, TSX: MSCL) announced a conference call and webcast for November 6, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. ET to provide an update on the clinical and regulatory strategy for BASECAMP, its Phase 2 pediatric study of forazapadin in boys ages 7, 8, or 9 with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD).

Forazapadin is an orally administered small-molecule AAK1 inhibitor. The company said it is being evaluated as a potential disease-modifying treatment for DMD in two Phase 2 trials: BASECAMP in pediatric participants and TRAILHEAD in adults with DMD.

Satellos also stated that an Investigational New Drug application for forazapadin in facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD) has been cleared.

No clinical efficacy or safety data were reported in this release; the near-term catalyst is the Nov. 6, 2026 clinical and regulatory strategy update for BASECAMP.
