November 5, 2026: Aclaris Therapeutics (NASDAQ: ACRS) provided a pipeline update highlighting multiple catalysts. ATI-052, a bispecific anti-TSLP/IL-4Rα antibody, reported positive Phase 1b proof-of-concept results: in severe atopic dermatitis, week-8 placebo-adjusted mean EASI improvement was 45%, EASI-50 was 78%, and itch (PP-NRS) improved 43%; responses were durable through week 16 in evaluable patients, with favorable safety and no conjunctivitis. In asthma, a single dose produced a 59% mean absolute FeNO reduction at day 15, 40% at day 29, and a placebo-adjusted/absolute 200 mL FEV1 improvement at day 15; safety was consistent, with no conjunctivitis. The company said it will prioritize ATI-052 for Phase 2b development in eosinophilic esophagitis in early 2027 and is assessing an additional Phase 2b indication, likely AD or asthma.
For bosakitug (ATI-045), top-line results from the Phase 2 ADMIRATION trial in 109 patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis are expected in Q4 2026.
For modzatinib (ATI-2138), initiation of a Phase 2b trial in lichen planus is expected in Q4 2026, with first site activation expected in November 2026.
For ATI-9494, IND filing remains on track for Q4 2026.
Aclaris said cash runway is expected through 1H 2029.
