November 5, 2026: NeOnc Technologies Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTHI) reported Q3 2026 results and highlighted upcoming Society for Neuro-Oncology (SNO) presentations on November 13, 2026 for two CNS cancer programs. For NEO100, updated Phase 1/2a and compassionate-use data in recurrent WHO Grade III/IV IDH1-mutant astrocytoma will be presented. The company said August topline Phase 2a results from NEO100-01 in recurrent IDH1-mutant high-grade glioma met the primary endpoint: 6-month progression-free survival was 48.9% versus a pre-specified 20% benchmark (p=0.0047); median overall survival was 26.09 months, with 12- and 24-month OS rates of 60.9% and 54.1%. No major toxicities were reported.

For NEO212, Phase 1 safety, pharmacokinetic, and early activity data in TMZ-resistant recurrent glioblastoma and brain metastases will be presented at SNO. The company said NEO212 has completed Phase 1 dose escalation, is advancing toward Phase 2, and in July received FDA written CMC feedback regarding a planned capsule-to-tablet transition.

Separately, NeOnc said Abu Dhabi health authorities had granted IND authorizations for NEO100 and NEO212 in June 2026, and in October the company signed an MoU with the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi on CNS oncology research and potential clinical collaboration.
