Nov. 5, 2026: Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: LLY) said it will present new data at ACR Convergence 2026 (Nov. 6-11, Orlando) on retatrutide in knee osteoarthritis pain with obesity and on Taltz (ixekizumab) plus Zepbound (tirzepatide) in psoriatic arthritis with overweight/obesity.
Retatrutide: In the Phase 3 TRIUMPH-4 trial (68 weeks; plenary Nov. 8, Abstract #0871), retatrutide reduced WOMAC knee pain by up to 4.5 points (75.8%) from a baseline of 6.0; more than 1 in 8 treated patients had no knee pain at trial end. In Phase 3 TRIUMPH-1 (80 weeks; poster Nov. 10, Abstract #2573), it reduced WOMAC pain by up to 4.3 points (73.1%) from a baseline of 6.0; more than 1 in 6 treated patients had no knee pain at trial end.
Taltz + Zepbound: In the Phase 3b TOGETHER-PsA study (oral presentation Nov. 11, Abstract #2942), 52-week data showed positive disease activity, patient-reported, and metabolic outcomes versus Taltz alone in adults with psoriatic arthritis and obesity; ACR50 rose to 43.7% at Week 52 versus 15.7% for Taltz monotherapy, with incremental improvement from Week 36.
Additional ACR presentations include a Phase 4 study, real-world concomitant-use data, CV risk analyses, early disease-control results, and a modeling study.
