November 4, 2026: Scribe Therapeutics (NASDAQ: SCTX) announced presentations at the American Heart Association Scientific Sessions in Chicago (Nov. 6-9, 2026) highlighting two ASCVD-focused programs.
STX-1150: In a late-breaking presentation on Nov. 7, 2026, Scribe will report preclinical non-human primate data showing a single dose provided persistent LDL-C control for at least two years. STX-1150 is an epigenetic silencing therapy targeting PCSK9 without permanent DNA alteration, and the company said it is already in a first-in-human Phase 1 trial in adults with elevated LDL-C and increased cardiovascular risk.
STX-1200: In a second Nov. 7, 2026 presentation, Scribe will present preclinical data showing a single administration of its CRISPR-CasX gene editor achieved robust and durable reduction of lipoprotein(a) across preclinical models. STX-1200 is designed to edit the LPA gene in the liver to durably lower Lp(a).
The company also said CEO Benjamin Oakes will participate in two AHA Innovation Forum sessions on Nov. 6, 2026.
