November 2, 2026: CRISPR Therapeutics (NASDAQ: CRSP) reported Q3 2026 pipeline and regulatory updates. CASGEVY (exagamglogene autotemcel) generated $99 million in Q3 revenue, up 30% quarter-over-quarter; more than 750 patients have initiated treatment worldwide. The company said CASGEVY was approved in the U.K. for children age 5+ with severe sickle cell disease (SCD) or transfusion-dependent beta thalassemia (TDT), and in the UAE and Bahrain for children age 2+; it also noted a July FDA approval for children age 2+.

CTX310 received FDA RMAT designations for severe hypertriglyceridemia and elevated LDL-C. The company said Phase 1a data presented at ESC 2026 and published in NEJM showed one-time CTX310 reduced ANGPTL3, triglycerides, and LDL-C through one year; at the highest dose, mean reductions were 79%, 48%, and 53%, respectively, with no treatment-related serious adverse events. Phase 1b severe hypertriglyceridemia data will be presented at AHA Scientific Sessions 2026 on November 9.

CTX611 completed Phase 2 enrollment in total knee arthroplasty patients, with an update expected in 2H 2026. Zugo-cel Phase 1 systemic sclerosis data will be presented at ACR Convergence 2026 on November 8. Ongoing programs include CTX340 Phase 1, CTX460 Phase 1, and CTX321 in IND/CTA-enabling studies.
