DT120 ODT (MM120) lysergide tartrate - (Panorama)

October 30, 2026: Definium Therapeutics (NASDAQ: DFTX) announced four DT120 (lysergide) ODT presentations at the 2026 NEI Fall Congress (November 5-8, Colorado Springs), including the first congress presentation of positive topline Phase 3 Panorama data in generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), plus a pooled Phase 3 safety overview, positive Emerge Phase 3 data in major depressive disorder (MDD), and positive Voyage Phase 3 data in GAD. Posters are scheduled for November 7, 2:40-3:40 PM MDT; a sponsored oral presentation is scheduled for November 6.

Panorama (MM120-301): Phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled GAD study; DT120 showed statistically significant improvements in adults with GAD. The trial enrolled 245 patients across about 32 centers; primary endpoint was change in HAM-A at Week 12.

Voyage: Phase 3 GAD trial of single-dose DT120 100 µg vs placebo; enrolled 214 patients across about 35 U.S. sites. Primary endpoint was change in HAM-A at Week 12. The company describes Voyage as positive and one of two pivotal Phase 3 GAD studies.

Emerge: Phase 3 MDD trial of single-dose DT120 100 µg vs placebo; enrolled 149 patients across 20 sites. Primary endpoint was change in MADRS at Week 6. Definium said positive topline results will be presented.

DT120 has FDA Breakthrough Therapy designation for GAD and MDD.
