November 2, 2026: Travere Therapeutics (NASDAQ: TVTX) reported Q3 2026 results and pipeline updates. FILSPARI (sparsentan) generated U.S. net sales of $200.2 million in Q3, up 120% year over year, with 1,932 new patient start forms across IgA nephropathy (IgAN) and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS).
FILSPARI—IgAN: At ASN Kidney Week 2026, Phase 3 PROTECT urinary biomarker data showed significantly greater reductions than irbesartan at week 110 across four biomarkers tied to macrophage/B-cell activation, inflammation, and complement activation. In the Phase 2 SPARTAN study (n=12), 75% achieved complete proteinuria remission and chronic eGFR slope was -1.11 mL/min/1.73 m²/year from weeks 6-110. SPARX in recurrent post-transplant IgAN/FSGS completed enrollment; data are expected in 2027.
FILSPARI—FSGS: A post hoc Phase 3 DUPLEX analysis in 254 patients without nephrotic syndrome showed a 48% mean UPCR reduction at week 108 versus 27% with irbesartan; complete proteinuria remission was 20% versus 6%, and observed kidney failure rates were 2% versus 8%. Phase 4 SPARLIGHT startup is underway, with first patient in expected by year-end.
Pegtibatinase (TVT-058)—classical HCU: Phase 3 HARMONY enrollment is ongoing; topline data are anticipated in 2H 2027.
Civorebrutinib (EVER001): Following the Everest Medicines licensing deal, Travere plans a U.S. IND submission by year-end to support dosing studies and late-stage development in pMN, immune-mediated FSGS, and MCD.
