November 3, 2026: Evaxion A/S (NASDAQ: EVAX) said new biomarker data from its Phase 2 EVX-01 trial in advanced melanoma will be presented at the SITC 2026 Annual Meeting (Phoenix, November 4-8, 2026), including an oral presentation on November 6 and a poster on November 7. The abstract reports that personalized vaccine EVX-01 plus pembrolizumab induced neoantigen-specific T-cell responses and systemic immune modulation beyond vaccine-specific T-cell effects.
The company said the new analyses are based on longitudinal immune profiling of treated patients and are intended to characterize the magnitude, quality, durability, and systemic impact of EVX-01-induced immunity.
Evaxion also summarized prior Phase 2 follow-up: at two years, EVX-01 showed a 75% objective response rate (12/16 patients), including four complete responses; clinical and T-cell responses were sustained at three-year follow-up. The company said 89% of EVX-01 neoantigen targets triggered a tumor-specific immune response. During the first two years, patients received EVX-01 with Merck’s KEYTRUDA (pembrolizumab); in the third year, a subset received EVX-01 as monotherapy.
