ALLO-316 - (TRAVERSE)

November 3, 2026: Allogene Therapeutics (NASDAQ: ALLO) announced presentations at the SITC Annual Meeting in Phoenix highlighting its allogeneic CAR T pipeline in oncology and autoimmune disease. For renal cell carcinoma, an invited talk on November 5 will present clinical experience from the TRAVERSE study, described as a first-in-class allogeneic CAR T approach in RCC; no efficacy data were included in the release.

A second invited presentation on November 6 will discuss Allogene’s broader allogeneic CAR T platform strategy for cancer and autoimmune disease.

Separately, a November 6 preclinical poster (Abstract #207) will feature an off-the-shelf DLL3/CD70 dual CAR T candidate for small cell lung cancer and other neuroendocrine tumors. The company said the data suggest site-specific genomic integration of the CAR can improve tumor control, and that pairing a DLL3 CAR with a CD70-targeting CAR enhanced resistance to immune-mediated rejection. The findings are presented as supporting the versatility of Allogene’s Dagger technology for next-generation off-the-shelf CAR T programs across hematologic malignancies, solid tumors, and autoimmune disease.
