November 2, 2026: BioVie Inc. (NASDAQ: BIVI) said it will give a late-breaking oral presentation on bezisterim (NE3107) at the 4th Long COVID International Conference 2026 in Nice, France, on November 13, 2026. The talk, based on the Phase 2 randomized, placebo-controlled ADDRESS-LC trial (NCT06847191) in Long COVID, will present new previously undisclosed biomarker data.
The company said ADDRESS-LC showed a consistent trend favoring bezisterim versus placebo across most patient-reported and objective efficacy measures, but the trial did not achieve statistical significance on any endpoint in the overall intent-to-treat population. In pre-specified exploratory subgroup analyses, patients with higher baseline fatigue, post-exertional malaise, or objective cognitive impairment—about 78% of participants in at least one domain—showed the greatest benefit, including statistically significant improvements in multiple measures aligned with their dominant symptoms.
BioVie said the fully funded study enrolled about 200 patients (203 referenced in forward-looking language) and evaluated 22 outcome measures without a single primary endpoint. The company said the findings are intended to help identify responsive subgroups and inform future Phase 3 trial design.
