November 2, 2026: Lexeo Therapeutics (NASDAQ: LXEO) announced upcoming data presentations at AHA Scientific Sessions 2026 and ICAR 2026, highlighting its cardiovascular gene therapy pipeline and new Phase I/II interim LX2006 data in Friedreich ataxia (FA) cardiomyopathy.

LX2006 (AAVrh.10hFXN) in FA cardiomyopathy: New interim data to be presented at ICAR show sustained or deepening cardiac and neurologic benefit through up to 36 months. In participants with 24 months of follow-up (n=11), LX2006 produced a mean mFARS improvement of 2.13 points per year, or 4.26 points over two years, versus a propensity-matched control cohort from the UNIFAI natural history study. In a 36-month subset (n=7), mean change was over 4 points relative to baseline. Lexeo said mFARS, left ventricular mass index, and troponin showed durable benefit over time. ICAR presentations are scheduled November 11-12, 2026 in Atlanta, including an oral presentation on safety and preliminary efficacy and posters on neurological progression and cerebellar transduction.

Cardiovascular preclinical programs at AHA: LX2021 will be presented in an oral session on November 7, 2026, with data showing improvement in cardiomyopathy phenotype and lifespan in a severe desmoplakin cardiomyopathy mouse model. A separate oral presentation will cover mechanistic insights and gene therapy rescue in a porcine TNNI3 cardiomyopathy model.
