BHB-1893: In non-obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (nHCM), Braveheart will present an oral abstract titled “HRS/BHB-1893, a Next-Generation Cardiac Myosin Inhibitor, Improves Indices of Diastolic Function in Non-Obstructive Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy: Evidence From in vitro Studies and Patients.” The presentation is scheduled for November 6, 2026, at 10:15-10:25 AM CT in the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Medical Society Abstract Oral Presentations session.

BHB-1893: In obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (oHCM), a late-breaking oral abstract will present “Long-Term Efficacy and Safety of BHB/HRS-1893 in Patients With Obstructive Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy: Results From the 52-Week Extension Period.” This is scheduled for November 6, 2026, at 2:15-2:25 PM CT in the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Medical Society Late Breaking Oral Abstracts session.
