PLN-101095 - (FORTIFY)

October 19, 2026: Pliant Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLRX) announced a poster presentation at ESMO Congress 2026 in Madrid (October 23-27, 2026) featuring FORTIFY, the ongoing Phase 1b indication expansion trial of PLN-101095.

PLN-101095 is a dual αvβ8/αvβ1 integrin inhibitor being studied in a Phase 1a/1b open-label dose-escalation and indication expansion trial (NCT06270706) in combination with pembrolizumab for patients with immune checkpoint inhibitor-refractory advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The ESMO poster, titled “Part 2 Cohort Expansion of a Phase I Study of PLN-101095, a Dual αvβ8/αvβ1 Integrin Inhibitor, in Combination with Pembrolizumab in Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor–Refractory Advanced Solid Tumours,” is scheduled for October 23, 2026, 3:15-4:00 p.m. CEST in Hall 5, Poster 1082TiP.

Pliant said FORTIFY is currently enrolling three Phase 1b cohorts: non-small cell lung cancer, tumors with high tumor mutational burden, and clear cell renal cell carcinoma. Patients receive PLN-101095 monotherapy at 1,000 mg twice daily for 14 days, after which pembrolizumab is added. The trial is evaluating safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary antitumor activity.
