PMN310 - (PRECISE-AD)

May 12, 2026: ProMIS Neurosciences Inc. (NASDAQ: PMN) reported Q1 2026 financial results and provided a corporate update highlighting a recently closed PIPE/private placement financing with gross proceeds of $75.5 million upfront and up to $175 million total including potential warrant exercises, extending cash runway through 2027 and funding completion of its ongoing Alzheimer’s Phase 1b trial.

PMN310 (Alzheimer’s disease) / PRECISE-AD Phase 1b (NCT06750432): The randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled multiple ascending dose study of IV PMN310 (5/10/20 mg/kg) in mild cognitive impairment due to AD or mild AD is fully enrolled with 144 participants across three dosing cohorts over 12 months. A blinded 6-month interim analysis is expected in early Q3 2026, focused on aggregated safety (including ARIA incidence) and overall biomarker trends (no treatment arm disclosure). Full 12-month dosing is expected to complete by year-end 2026, with unblinded top-line results anticipated in early 2027.

Other pipeline: PMN267 (ALS/TDP-43 proteinopathies) and PMN442 (PD and other synucleinopathies) are lead preclinical antibodies in IND-enabling work; the company is also accelerating development of a subcutaneous formulation of PMN310. ProMIS also noted AD/PD 2026 and upcoming AAIC poster presentations related to its programs.
